Abstract

The evolution of the Urdu language has been influenced by numerous factors including cultural, political, and historical events. This paper aims to analyze the linguistic progression of Urdu from its early days in the Indian subcontinent to its current global status. The impact of socio-political changes, technological advances, and globalization on the language's vocabulary, syntax, and phonetics is also examined. The study delves into the implications of Urdu's evolution for literature, education, and its role in contemporary society.
